This presentation includes carious and non-carious loss of tooth structure, developmental, environmental, and hereditary disorders.  Pathological lesions include pigmented, white, tongue, connective tissue, inflammatory soft tissue, and ulcerative lesions.  Also included are blistering diseases, lesions of the salivary glands, cancer and precancer, xerostomia and cysts of the oral cavity and tumor nomenclature.
